SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

In-stock orders placed on our website will generally ship within 1-3 business days. We assume no responsibility or liability and will not accept returns or chargebacks for loss or damage due to delayed shipment or inability to deliver, whether or not such loss or damage was made known to us, including, but not limited to, liability for non-performance caused by acts of God, war, labour difficulties, accidents, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other cause of any kind whatsoever beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses, or expense (whether based on negligence or not) arising directly or indirectly from delays or failure to give notice of delay

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns of new, unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Delivery / Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not give refunds on any product that is not in the original condition or where the inner or outer seal has been broken. Any clothing returned must be in its original condition, based on our sole judgement. 

Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us.

If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items.

All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case, then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually. If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

PROMOTIONAL CODES AND OTHER OFFERS

All discounts, promotional offers and coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase, these will not apply to any shipping/delivery costs. We reserve the right to deny any discount, promotional offer or coupon code refund requests after the purchase is complete.
